These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase products on the website. The terms may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, system capabilities, or relevant laws and regulations). Therefore, we ask you to accept the terms each time you shop with us.

All references to “you” or “your” refer to you as a user of the website. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to JBJClothing.

If you do not accept these terms, you cannot order or purchase products through the website.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product in physical possession. Read more under “Right of Withdrawal”.

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects apply to your purchase. Read more under section 5 of these terms under Complaints.

 


 

Orders

The online store is open 24 hours a day but may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We aim to perform maintenance during nighttime whenever possible.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products on the website and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have legal authority to enter into an agreement with us.

We can only process your order if the delivery address is a private or business address in Sweden. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Contracts can only be concluded via the website or by phone through our customer service. We do not process orders sent by email, letter, or fax.

 


 

When are you bound by your order?

Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to change the information you entered, including delivery and billing details or payment information. You can also change products or remove products from your shopping cart.

When you click “Buy and Pay”, a receipt will appear on your screen. From that moment, you are bound by the purchase agreement.

If you made a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service and they will be happy to assist you.

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

 


 

Contract language

The agreement can be concluded in Danish, Swedish, or English.

 


 

Access to the agreement

You will receive an email confirmation containing the agreement details and a copy of these terms. We store concluded agreements for a certain period, but we recommend that you save these documents yourself.

 


 

Anti-fraud measures

To protect you and our other customers from fraud and to maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may perform verification checks. These checks may include information you provided when placing the order, such as address and payment details.

 


 

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Reservation of funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

The funds will remain reserved on your card until:

  1. We charge the amount when the product is shipped, or

  2. The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

 


 

Security code (CVV)

If you pay with a credit card, you will be asked to enter the card’s security code (CVV). This code is typically found on the back of the card and is used to ensure payment security.

 


 

Payment process

Once your product leaves our warehouse, the payment will be charged from your selected payment method.

All prices include VAT and applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are added to each order.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible – 3–9 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods (for example holidays or sales).

Delivery is carried out by PostNord to your country, after which the distributor you have selected takes over.

 


 

Delivery costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected distributor – free for orders over 79 euro / 90 USD

 


 

Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order.

We only deliver to private or business addresses – not to PO boxes.

Delivery normally takes place Monday to Friday.

A signature is required upon delivery. It does not have to be you personally; anyone at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.

The risk for the product transfers to you upon delivery.

 


 

5. COMPLAINTS

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.

You have a 2-year right to complain about products that have defects in materials or manufacturing.

If your complaint is valid, you may receive:

The complaint does not apply to damage caused by incorrect use.

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

If the order contains multiple products delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last product.

Return shipping costs 8 EURO / 10 USD and are paid by the customer.

 


 

7. RETURNS

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 


 

Condition of the product

You may try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used more than necessary, a depreciation may apply and part of the refund may be deducted.

 


 

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid.

Delivery costs are not refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 


 

8. OTHER CONDITIONS

Website updates

We do our best to keep the website updated and ensure that prices and product information are correct.

 


 

Reservations

In the case of backorders or sold-out products, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 


 

Pricing errors

If a price is clearly incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed the error, we are not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect price.

 


 

Force Majeure

We reserve the right for force majeure situations.
